Is this cage a good size for one flyer?

I have had my flyer in this cage for a few months, and she seems to really like it. Does it seem like it is big enough for one?

The food that I have just recently switched to is the Nut N' Berry mix from target and it is by Kaytee. Do I need to make another change? A ton of people on this site suggested this brand of food to me, and alot of people use it. Is it harmful to our furballs?

I think that we should make a list of fun things to build for your flyer when you are bored. Today I spent almost 3 hours making my flyer a new sleep house! When I was done I decided to paint it. Not until after I painted it, I thought that maybe acrylic and water colors were toxic. Is it?Thanks!
