I think you'll be abe to tell. If not, it won't hurt their little feelings as long as they're fed.

Florida is a good place to rescue flyers~~! Lots of rehabbers. Perhaps an anitbiotic, but mostly a safe, small place to heal.

Your excellent care is evident just by her age and recent activities. Keep her loved and warm and cuddled. It might be less stress to her to be caged in a smaller, more intimate setting. My heart goes out to you, I know you're doing everything you can.

Sounds like you need an antibiotic for the diarrhea. Also give some pedialyte to prevent/help dehydration. Go to a vet.

If their eyes are open, you don't have to get up with them during the night. I feed about eleven and again first thing in the morning. Good luck,

Re: very sick pinky!!! help please

Oops, I hit send too fast. My phone just ran for a caught caught baby. You're on track by feeding LESS, More often. Their little systems are delicate. The tenting of the skin means dehydration, but that's not as serious as the bloat. I'd give half strength formula for no more than 24 hours, then go ...

Re: very sick pinky!!! help please

You can try Baby Gas Drops - with simethicone. They are for bloating. Just dip the end of a toothpick in the drops and touch to the baby's tongue. Once they start bloating, it might be too late. Also, you can make the Esbilac half strength with Pedialyte.

We are not planning any females in Frosty's cage. He had a girlfriend a long time ago and she beat him up -- prolly why his puffs stayed up. The research will have to come from elsewhere!

Hanna Storm Babies

I have three new Hanna babies. When I got the call for the first baby, I told the man to go out and look for more. He found two more babies. They are 22 grams -- a good size and are eyes open. Jiminy, Cricket and Lady Bug. Maybe I'll have time to get pics tomorrow. I also got three new grays today,...

Use this site to find a rehabber in your area. You don't say where you are. If I had clicking babies, I'd get them on an antibiotic for pneumonia.

I break off privet bushes and crape myrtle on my way in the house, also dandelions, and most things in my yard. I am careful about them being clean, so I don't bring in bugs, but a quick rinse in the sink also gives them some moisture to lick on.

Yes, a lot of people have said that their babies bond to the other sqrl rather than their mommies. That is why I don't have another one.
