Pumpkin Seeds

On the pumpkin seeds, what do you need to do to get them to be ready to freezer?

Do you wash, dry and freeze? Or bake them on a cookie sheet before freezing?

I thought I would like to add this to my freezer collection but need to know what I should do.

Thanks for any help

I usually just give them fresh, but for storage I bake on a cookie sheet.

Thanks Joan. I had thrown them away before because I did not know what to do with them.

I also bake mine on a baking sheet. Sometimes, after Halloween, these groups that sold pumpkins have a lot left over, and they will just give them to you for hauling them off. We brought home 2 pickup trucks full of them year before last. I have never SEEN so many pumpkins.....we cut and scooped and toasted for days!
