Legal in Minnesota

Postby soulman4242 » Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:09 pm

In Minnesota they are legal to have as pets, but you can not take them out of the wild. They must be purchased. They also do NOT require a special license unless you intend to breed or have a colony say 106 of them. 1 or 2 is just fine (not sure of the exact number)

If you wish to check up on this answer call Minnesota DNR @ (651) 296-6157
