Male bonding

I have a male flyer that I found a male companion for.
How long will it take for the two to bond?
The male I already have is 6 years and the new addition is about 8 months

Not sure they will. The males tend to be solitary and roam a wider range in the wild. You will just have to see how they get along. Pups are usually considered adult at 12 weeks and males do not hurt pups, but your male would be considered another adult. Just introduce them side by side for awhile and then let one out and see how he reacts to the caged one.
