Dehydrated Bunny

Any Bunny rehabbers here?? Need help!
I just got in a baby bunny, about 10 days old, eyes just starting to open, severely dehydrated.
Do you know about how much and how often should I give it subq fluids?
Thanks!

I don't know about on NFSA but, we do have several bunny rehabbers on www.thesquirrelboard.com.
If you don't mind, I'll post the info over there & see if I can get a response for you.

I'm really sorry -- I haven't been online in a month or so. Normally, I'd be able to answer pretty quickly.
There is a formula for sub-Q fluids, which can probably be found on the NWRA website, or at least in the rehab manual. By the time you have to use a needle with baby bunnies, the outlook is nearly 100% fatal. They just don't rebound well at that age, and bunnies stress so easily that I think the injection pushes them over the edge anyway.
You did your best. I'm sorry it wasn't a better outcome.
