Re: Collaspable Cages for Flyers
I make my cages. When I travel by car I take it apart and make it half size. I then get a motel room that I can park in front of the door. They are roughly 12” x 24” x 24”. I can also take it completely apart and pack it in a suit case if need.

Re: whyyy does she use me as a potty without fail????!!!
My first little girl would do this to me also. At first I started cupping her on my chest and lift her tail, she would loose control and pee. This would make her so mad she would just shred the shirt or towel. It has been said that they also pee when they have been disturbed my people studying them ...

Re: help with Spaz's age
Seems to me that if he took formula that long he was more like 8 or 9 weeks old when you got him. All of my fur balls where about that age when I got them except for Beabea (#1), it took longer in the bonding process for her. I let her mother wean her. All four of the others bonded almost on the spo...

Re: Where can I buy acorn?
In Fallbrook they have a park called LIVE OAK PARK the acorns are about an inch or so long and shaped like a pencil. I brought some back to SC a couple of years ago. I go there to see my grandkids every Thanksgiving. It's a little late and they were sprouting when I got back so try about the model o...

Re: Rose Petals
I just planted 14 Double Knockout Roses and all three of my owners get a rose bud every other night. These roses bloom from March until the first frost. The KIDS love them.

Well I’m now back in SC with this little boy and he is still putting up a good fight. :multi: I got him back Thursday and didn’t do much him for the first 48 hours except let him adjust to the move back. He was responding to my voice before I went to Ca so I just talked to him, did a little humming,...

Nov.3rd update This little fellow is a true fighter if I ever saw one. This is his 5th day with me and he is recovering more and more each time I feed him. Yesterday, after feeding him, he sat on my chest and started to groom himself as if to tell me that I am a sloppy milk provider. He still has so...

I'm pretty sure it is a boy. He did not like the diluted milk at all so I'm going to the real man stuff for this little fighter his next feeding. He seems to be getting stronger each time I feed him. I think tomorrow I will start the bonding more. He looks like he had don a good with his grooming an...

I have an injured flyer that appears to be about 5 weeks old. It was bought in by a small dog and placed in its master’s bed two days ago. Its left eye was closed and appeared to have a head injury. It was unable to control its body movements and kept rolling over on its right side on to his back bu...

Fly Catcher + One Fur Ball
Now here is one that I’ll bet most of you have never even thought of much less experienced. What would do if your little fur ball got into a fly catcher???? Last Friday night about 11:30 PM I went into my kitchen to prepare Sweet Pea’s food and water. She was riding on my shoulder; we were in the ce...

Okay on the green acorns, so now maybe I can stop feeling so guilty for feeding them to her. But that means I now have to go back two years and try to think of what killed her. The only other thing I can think of is I was giving her 3 or 4 wax worms each night. This house was new when I moved in and...

Lora- The main thing I remember is tha tshe was licking her hands. The night she first showed there was something was out of order she was on the floor of her cage, making a noise I had never heard from her. My hearing is bad so she was pretty loud for me to hear. That's all I can think of at the mo...

Fur (Hair) loss
I am happy to say that I now have a new owner, a girl about 7-8 weeks old. The person who arranged this had raised her from a pup 3-4 days old. She had a sibling, that died suddenly at about 6 weeks or so. The remaining squirrel which I now have has complete hair loss from under the chin all the way...
