smelly stools!!

:signarg: :help: i feel so much better now......well, it really smells, but i am keeping it as clean as i can...... i am going to buy some coconut husks as substrate and put them all around the edges of the bottom of the cage so the droppings and urine will soak up into the husks....it's very diffic...

Hi Joan, The vet told me the same thing about the fruit/veggie diet...Thanks. Also, she said that a rodent block is a good staple in addition. As for the parasite, it is "coccidia." I am waiting for a call back regarding the spread to humans..... Tequilla is on "sulfamethoxazole trime...

Tequilla's visit to the vet

It's Sara's mom....I just read the posts to Sara..... As of today, Tequilla is bonding wonderfully......I told Sara to put a big shirt on last week and just dropped Tequilla down there....she laughed and wound up keeping the "baby" in there....Now she keeps him with her while at the comput...

Hi,

We just got a new "baby" and wonder how long it usually takes to start the bonding process. My daughter is already frustrated (after only 4 hours) that the FS won't let her hold him. (kids!!!) ha.

Any advice for the beginner? Where do we start?

Sara mentioned it to me but after spending a fortune on the FS and cage and hearing that it was almost $100, there was no feasible way for me to come up with the money.....I just don't have the funds and know that this is the ONLY way to determine the cause of death..... Hi,

Thanks for your wonderful feeding instructions. My daughter didn't mention that these pups are 7-8 weeks old already and is it okay to start the veggies, nuts (shelled) and fruit , etc. or does it still need the formula?
