Help, Pictures are too big!!!

Help I can't get my pictures to come up without them being way too big!!! How do I resize or make my picture smaller?

Thanks for the suggestions I tried the PIXresizer I think it worked well. Thanks again everyone.

The picture is big, but adorable! I love pocket pictures! They look like little pocket protectors! I don't know how to resize photos, sorry I can't help.

I use PIXresizer. Its a free download. Just google pixresizer & choose the free down load. Its really easy to use.

I use Microsoft Picture Manager. It is super easy to compress pics on it.
