It is with a heavy heart that I announce that Scalisti passed away. I have had him for over 14 years.
I do plan on getting a new male flyer who can fill in the void in my heart but won't be a replacement for him. Even a son of Scalisti wouldn't have been a replacement, even though I sometimes regret not ever keeping any of Scalisti's offspring that he sired between ages 5-8.
Scalisti will be buried in my backyard next to Mancha, my prairie dog who passed away last month.

Re: Scalisti is Gone
Andrew, I'm so saddened to learn of Scalisti's death. I loved that little munchkin and will never forget how he popped in and out of your hand. It really is such a loss. I know he will always be in your heart and just know he'll be in mine too.
